Players connected to Hasan Cetinkaya informed Brännström about the plan. Andreas Brännström was sacked by AIK in summer 2023, according to the claims. The 2019 anti-match-fixing law bans attempts to influence the outcome of matches in licensed leagues – including Allsvenskan. Expressen has contacted the three players. One has denied the claims. The other two have not responded.
